Hosting is simply configured for her MS office mail service. I have no=
access to her account to reset password. 

The password reset is done only through her Microsoft a=
ccount on her mail client using the options there. Nikki should not have and=
problem doing that.  However, if there is still an issue, Microsoft of=
fers 24/7 support.
